2007 Erb Customer Survey Results!

In July 2007, we sent surveys to our customers across Canada and the USA. Their efforts and responses were greatly appreciated!

The results were overwhelmingly positive in all categories and we were very pleased to see that we are meeting our customer's expectations. Some customers did also tell us about areas in which they would like to see improvements and those will be our focus over the next year as we continue to strive to deliver the best service, satisfaction and success for all.
