Erb Cold Storage; in partnership with the transportation functions at the Erb Group, provides a key advantage for our customers. We can handle significant storage and transportation/logistics needs, giving our customers just one professional contact, us, to take care of the process.

Erb Cold Storage (ECS), inventories product for retail distribution or further manufacturing. Shipping is done FIFO – “First in First Out” or shipped according to the customer’s specific requirements. Order picking of shipments can be in pallet quantities or may be picked by the case, depending on the customer’s needs. Our dock staff take pride in ensuring that orders are assembled with precision.

Our Customer Service Co-ordinator schedules shipping and receiving, and ensures the inventory warehouse management system is updated. She is also in contact with customers and operations at our various terminals to guarantee delivery and pick-up appointments are arranged.
